Each model of the 2022 Nissan Maxima comes equipped with the NissanConnect® infotainment system on an 8-inch touch-screen display. A standard USB port and USB-C port invite passengers to plug in their devices to keep them charged on the go.

Passengers can also sync their smartphones with the system via Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. With these tools, passengers can seamlessly play their favorite songs through the available Bose® Premium Audio System, or send hands-free calls or texts to anyone in their contacts.

The Nissan Maxima is also available with the Nissan Door to Door navigation. This technology provides clear turn by turn directions to a destination. Once parked, the system sends additional directions to the driver’s phone, providing walking instructions to the front door of the destination.

Design

The 2022 Nissan Maxima boasts bold design inside and out. Its exterior is adorned with eye-catching details, like LED headlights with LED signature daytime running lights and quad-tipped exhaust finishers.

Inside, the cabin is decked out in premium materials, like available leather-appointed seats and a standard leather-wrapped steering wheel. Standard Dual Zone Automatic Climate Control and available climate-controlled front seats help keep passengers comfortable in any season.

Even the most experienced driver needs a little help sometimes, which is where Nissan Intelligent Mobility Safety Shield® 360 comes in. This collection of standard and available driver-assist features help keep drivers alert to their surroundings, and will even react autonomously if needed to help reduce or prevent a collision.

The standard Safety Shield® 360 driver-assist technologies include Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Intelligent Driver Alertness, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Automatic Braking, and Lane Departure Warning.
